Our coaches are professionals from all walks of life with one major thing in common: a passion for working with youth. Every coach brings to the table unique sets of skills, all of which are reflective of their success in whatever their chosen field.
Here are brief bios of our coaches:
Levi Brackman has worked with youth in various capacities for over ten years, he has a Masters Degree from University College London and is also an ordained rabbi leading a congregation (Judaism in the Foothills) in Evergreen, Colorado. Levi is the creator of Youth Directions coaching system and has coached hundreds of youth to find their passion, purpose and direction in life.
Shayna Lignell graduated from Lewis & Clark College in May 2011. She recently worked as a Project Supervisor for a non-profit in the Dominican Republic. During that experience she supervised 11 teenagers, walking them through culture shock, community project management and methods for educational curriculum development. Through it all she focused on guiding youth to their own conclusions, and fostering personal development. As a coach with Youth Directions, Shayna dedicates her time to exploring where the youth want to go and helping them reach those goals.
Christine Ellison graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2011 with a degree in Journalism and English. In college, she worked with at-risk youth through volunteering for organizations like the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence.
